We’re putting together some videos from our clients describing their experiences of the Rent Repayment Order (RRO) application process so that prospective Applicants can get an idea of what’s involved.
This case was more complicated than most! Georgie applied by herself for a RRO for a licensing offence. She lost her case due to a mistake by the First-tier Tribunal Property Chamber (Residential Property) (FtT) but Flat Justice took up the baton and represented her, pro bono, in an appeal at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) (UT) where she won. She then had another hearing at the FtT where she was at last awarded a RRO.
