●“HMO Enforcement Team” isn’t much of a team: the two employees it claims are fakes. “Emily Thompson” is actually a barrister called Sri Carmichael who specialises in Civil Fraud cases (!) & “Sophie Reynolds” is Dima Zogheib, a landscape architect working for a design consultancy. Both are now taking action against “HMO Enforcement Team” for unauthorised use of their images

●“HMO Enforcement Team” has never represented any tenants at a RRO hearing

●Their claims that they have achieved £100,000 in RROs and helped 50 tenants are simply untrue. None of their blog posts relate to any cases they have brought to a hearing: because they haven’t.

●Mr Jared Williams is a former Art student from Oxford Brookes University who conducted his own RRO application for illegal eviction from holiday accommodation let to him by Bournemouth City College at the end of 2023. He wrongly named the agent as the Respondent but was lucky that the Tribunal corrected this.

●The company behind “HMO Enforcement Team” is Bambi Holdings Ltd. The for-profit company has not yet filed any accounts and has only Mr Williams as a director. It has £1 in assets.
