Georgie applied by herself for a RRO for a licensing offence. She lost her case due to a mistake by the First-tier Tribunal Property Chamber (Residential Property) (FtT) but Flat Justice took up the baton and represented her, pro bono, in an appeal at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) (UT) where she won.
